29-08-2024We purchased this a little over a year ago. With only being used less than once a week for a year it is broken. The heating element is locked up and only burns every single waffle that we try to make. I’d think for the money and the “commercial” branding that this would last longer. I suggest going with another brand or item. This was a waste of money.

29-08-2024The waffle sticks to the pan every time I use it. Very poor quality product. They don’t even want meto return the product. Don’t waste your time!
