The clips are of exceptional quality; they feel sturdy and have a smooth, brass-like finish. The clips definitely won't break under normal use.The sizing options do actually accommodate a wide range, and have a snug fit. I can still fit a finger underneath the cuffs when fitted properly on me.The kit is easy to set up, with or without assistance.I can still comfortably reach around and undo any of the clips myself, if needed. I do wish there was a loop to secure the tail of the belt on the wrist & ankle cuffs, like there is on the waist belt. It can be a little bothersome having those swinging around.Overall, I'm really pleased with the production quality of this kit! It's absolutely worthwhile as a starter kit, especially at the price of ~$30
