Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, US Version, 128GB, Phantom Gray- Verizon (Renewed)

I have bought multiple of these. They are just like brand new, but much cheaper. They work great, and have had no problems with any of them.

I started using it a few days now. There are some scuff marks around the edges, but I have it in a case, so they are not visible, the screen and back are in pristine condition no scratches or scuff visible. I thought the description said unlocked, but it was locked to AT&T. Great news is that I was able to get the unlock code from att within minutes from their website, they have a page for unlocking, you only need to provide the imei and your email and their system sent the code within the same minute. Then the other hurdle was that the phone was stuck on android 12 and kept on saying there are no updates available. Turns out that you have to be an ATT customer to continue getting updates for an ATT device. The workaround is to manually flash the original firmware to the device which I was able to do. Now it has android 14 installed and working perfectly fine ?

I will leave my previous reviewelow this edit. I have changed my review to 1 star due to the fact that the phone hut 60 days and booted me off my network. T mobile is getting new right, like I should of done in the first place. Listen to your phone carrier, they aren't lying when they say this is a 50/50 shot at a good phone or a soon to be locked phone.I ordered this device on a Sunday and it came by Wednesday. I was a little skeptical of buying a refurbished device but with the return policy I figured I couldn't really be at a loss if it worked well or just return it if not. I noticed they noted to expect 80% of the original battery health, very happy to say my excellent category device claims in the system that its battery is of 97% so this is really like a brand new phone. I do have t mobile and that is who this particular device through this seller is for but I had no issues with transferring data and transferring the sim. Almost gave up as the first time I did not succeed. Took sim out and played with it in the tray and then inserted it again and functional as it should. Granted I went from an s9 to the 21 but I really feel as if I just got a bigger and better screen as well as a way faster phone and not in a bad way just very relative to an s9. The finger scanner works great until you add a protector then it's not even worth the effort of cramming your finger in to the screen. All in all I am happy with my new to me phone and hope I don't have to come back and edit this review. Hope this helps of you're pondering this device. Very easy and cheap way for your upgrade
