26-08-2024I attempted to connect the telephone to T-Mobile and was unsuccessful after nearly 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile. It was discovered that the phone is connected to someone and has to go through an unlocking procedure before it can be used. What a waste of time and automatic trust. Very frustrating experience.

26-08-2024I'm going to be honest. I was a little concerned about the phone before receiving it due to some of the reviews. I even tried to cancel. I'm so glad I didn't. The phone looks and works amazing. My t-mobile sim card went in and started working immediately, no problem. These phones, brand new, are expensive. Great deal!
