11-12-2024I'm updating my previous review as the seller has reached out and replaced the previous non-working warmer and the new one works great! Fast response and delivery. Would recommend this product.The bottom warmer heats up just fine, but the top warmer stays cold, the light is on but just no heat, will be returning this, complete disappointment.
