The item has a good battery life. Strong vibration. Decent suction. The flapper is strong. (It's placed a little to close to the tip for me,but everyone is different & that's totally normal. It's quite enough considering how many motors are operating at once but a shower running/some tv or music playing is sufficient to drown out the sound. It's mouth is huge so not too many adjustments have to be made. I've purchased other devices from this company & some if properly cleaned & stored are over 2 years old. So 2 thumbs up.
