11-12-2024My item looks used. Charger is dirty and has visible wear and the tool it self, the sticker you can tell has been placed back on. I see scratches on the light part which also indicates usage. I really want to try this product so I put in a request for another hopefully it comes unused, if not I just will purchase something else : (
