It was a little smaller & harder than what we were looking for but hoping over time the stiffness will settle. Reached out to customer service regarding our order and they were super helpful and communicated back pretty much immediately. Came in 3 packages fairly quickly as well.

18-08-2024Be care of 2 things the couch is a little low and when it says chase lounge is right side it means facing it right not sitting right I’m glad it didn’t matter to me but for some it’s very important. I do love the couch it’s beautiful in color and not too hard and def not soft maybe as I sit it will soften up
